GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/p>\n

       I.          The administrator of the data is DESERVE IT Limited Liability Company, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under the organization number: NIP 8952290245. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws and regulations, and data storage takes place on secured servers.<\/p>\n

      II.          For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions shall be used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).<\/p>\n

    III.          For the purpose of a better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” is replaced by “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “RODO” means Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95\/46\/EU.<\/p>\n

    IV.          We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. Among other things, it is used for this purpose. Secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).<\/p>\n

     V. Personal information provided in the form on our website is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.<\/p>\n

CONTROLLER<\/p>\n

       I.          The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an Account on our site, we process your data like: name, surname, e-mail address, phone number, IP address.<\/p>\n

      II.          The service provider is also the administrator of newsletter subscribers and webinar subscribers.<\/p>\n

    III.          Personal data is processed:<\/p>\n

c.      to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Agreement, amendment or termination thereof and proper implementation of Services provided electronically,<\/p>\n

d.      to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfillment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:<\/p>\n

                                                   ii.     to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent if you have signed up for the webinar.<\/p>\n

                                                   iii.     to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent if you have enrolled in the training\/masterclass.<\/p>\n

    IV.          Each data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.<\/p>\n

    VI.          We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court or if national or EU or international law obliges us to retain the data.<\/p>\n

  VII.          The Service Provider has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data of the User with entities authorized under applicable laws (e.g. law enforcement agencies).<\/p>\n

 VIII.          The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.<\/p>\n

    IX.          The Service Provider shall not share personal data with any other entities than those authorized under the relevant legislation.<\/p>\n

      X. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and have access control in place so that we minimize the impact of any data security breach.<\/p>\n
